The service provider of Compass refers to COMPASS REAL ESTATE PTE.LTD., the Internet information and software technology service provider of Compass Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Compass" or "us"). 1. Collection and Use of Information
1.1. Registered users
We provide you with basic user services through your Compass Platform account. To register as a user and use our basic services, you need to provide your mobile phone number, the username you want to use and the password to create a Compass account. If you only need to use browsing and search services, you do not need to register as our user or provide the above information.
1.2. Geographic location (location information)
With your authorization and consent, we will collect your geographic location information to recommend nearby housing and related services (such as nearby brokers) to you. If you do not agree to enable the location permission of your device, you can still manually select the city you are in, enter the community/business district name or slide the map, which will not affect your use of basic services such as browsing and searching for housing. You can choose to enable or disable geographic location authorization on your own through system settings.
1.3. Camera
With your authorization and consent, we will apply for the camera permission of your device to provide you with functions such as taking videos/photos and scanning QR codes. Please note that even if you enable the camera permission for us, we will only collect relevant information when you use specific functions directly related to that permission. If you do not agree to enable the camera permission on your device, you will not be able to use functions such as taking videos/photos and scanning QR codes, but it will not affect your use of basic services such as browsing and searching for housing. You can choose to enable or disable camera authorization on your own through system settings.
1.4. Album (photos)
With your authorization and consent, we will apply for the album (photo) permission of your device to provide you with functions such as uploading or saving pictures and videos. If you do not agree to enable the album (photo) permission on your device, you will not be able to use functions such as uploading or saving pictures and videos, which may affect your use of some services that require uploading files, but will not affect your use of basic services such as browsing and searching for housing. You can choose to enable or disable album (photo) authorization on your own through system settings.
1.5. Microphone
With your authorization and consent, we will apply for the microphone permission of your device to provide you with voice interaction functions. Please note that even if you enable the microphone permission for us, we will only collect relevant information when you use specific functions directly related to that permission. If you do not agree to enable the microphone permission on your device, you will not be able to use functions such as voice interaction, but it will not affect your use of basic services such as browsing and searching for housing. You can choose to enable or disable microphone authorization on your own through system settings.
1.6. Contact information (mobile phone number)
The mobile phone number you provide during login/registration will not be directly assigned to brokers on the Compass housing search platform. Unless you actively notify the brokerage agency or merchant of your mobile phone number during a call or other occasion, we will only provide your mobile phone number to specific brokerage agencies or merchants in an encrypted hidden manner (such as a virtual number) with your express consent. The brokerage agency or merchant cannot identify your real mobile phone number. If you do not authorize the brokerage agency or merchant to obtain your mobile phone number, it will not affect your use of basic services such as browsing and searching for housing, nor will it affect your continued consultation with brokerage agencies or merchants through instant messaging or telephone. 1.7. Device information
During your access or use of our services, we will collect information about your device to avoid abnormal login of your account, retain necessary log information and improve the display effect of the page, so as to ensure the security of your account, transaction security and system operation security. The device information we collect includes: device model, operating system version, device settings, MAC address, IMEI/IDFA, SIM card IMSI and other device identifiers, device environment, mobile application list and other software and hardware feature information, location information related to the device (including GPS location authorized by you, WLAN access point, Bluetooth and base station sensor information, etc.). We will start to obtain the above information based on your express consent. Currently, some mobile terminal manufacturers support resetting device identifiers and allow users to refuse apps to collect specific device IDs/advertising identifiers. 2. Purpose and method of collection

3.1 The ownership of the Compass account (the Compass user ID) belongs to Compass. After the user fills in the information guided by the registration page, reads and agrees to this agreement and completes the entire registration process, the user can obtain the Compass account and become a Compass user. Users should provide timely, detailed and accurate personal information and constantly update their registration information to meet the requirements of timeliness, detail and accuracy. All originally typed information will be referenced as registration information. If problems arise due to untrue registration information or untimely updates, Compass shall not be liable. The registration information submitted by users such as account names, avatars and introductions should not contain illegal and improper information. After Compass review, if the above situation exists, Compass will not register; at the same time, after registration, if it is found that the user has registered the account name with false information, or the registered information such as the account avatar and introduction contains illegal and improper information, Compass has the right to take measures such as limited correction, suspension of use, cancellation of registration, and recovery without notice.
3.2 In order to provide you with better service, Compass will automatically store your relevant information when you first register or use the website service. If you find that your account has been illegally used by others, you should notify Compass immediately. It is not excluded that accounts and passwords may be illegally used by others on the Internet due to hacker actions or users' negligence in custody, which is irrelevant to Compass.
3.3 In order to display the housing you intend to sell/rent, we may collect information related to you and the housing (including your identity information and the identity information of the housing right holder, contact number, housing location information, housing transaction information).
During your use of our services, in order to identify abnormal account status, understand product adaptability, ensure user transaction security, and improve and optimize the aforementioned functions, we may automatically collect your usage and store it as network log information, including:

According to your specific operations during access or use, we will receive and record the device-related information used by you (including device model, operating system version, device settings, MAC address, IMEI, IDFA and other device identifiers, device environment, mobile application list and other software and hardware feature information), location information related to the device (including GPS location authorized by you, WLAN access point, Bluetooth and base station sensor information, etc.).
